  I loved everything! Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Every staff person was amazing and had a smile on their face, the food and service was top notch. We even met the gm Matthew Moore who took the time out of is busy day to congratulate us on our wedding the day before. We will go back every year to celebrate our anniversary. We had an amazing time!

This is the most important thing. They were cool with a late checkout and didn't pester me about it. No cash in my wallet to leave a tip in my room and I feel terrible for that.   Apperance of the hotel both outside and inside very nice. Location was within easy walking distance of major attractions in Plymouth. - Very helpful staff. Excellent location in walking distance to city centre.
