  We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight from New Orleans airport early the next day. It was so convenient because we did not have to wake up too early and the 24/7 shuttle is so fast.   I had a smoking room. It was large and did not smell of smoke. Even the hallway smelled clear. That is very unusual for a smoking floor. I loved everything about this hotel. - They checked me in very quickly! I was tired from a long business day and they were very helpful and quick! I had a great night in my room and it was a great bed!

  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!
