  Great location and staff were very friendly. Made an allowance on the bill to my comment about the lack of cleaning. Loved that I was able to bring my small dog. - Staff was extremely flexible and willing to make up for issues that came up. Willing to upgrade or change rooms due to broken heater and tv.

  The property was clean, spacious, safe and generally well equipped. Facilities and services compare very well to the Copley Plaza in Boston & other 5 star places I've stayed.   The Boone Tavern was a great historic hotel well situated for visiting the area around Berea. We were made very welcome as "guest of the day". The staff were very friendly and helpful.
