  We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was fantastic and much, much more than I expected for the price. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. We will be - When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

  This hotel was very nice and kid friendly. We stayed on the first floor which made access to the pool and other amenities easy.   I loved how clean and well taken care of the hotels were. Our room was exceptionally nice and comfortable. The pool was great for our 2 yr old. We had a great time.   Friendliness of staff. My son had shoulder surgery. We needed to stay one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew were very aware of our needs and helpful. Great hotel for value and convenience to downtown Cincy and Northern KY cities.
