  We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was fantastic and much, much more than I expected for the price. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. We will be - When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

  I loved how clean and well taken care of the hotels were. Our room was exceptionally nice and comfortable. The pool was great for our 2 yr old. We had a great time.   Jason checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to bring us extra chairs for our room and to put us in a room that was close to an elevator for my elderly father. He also suggested a shower chair and had it brought up for my father. - Bed is so good.
