  The staff, especially the check in host, sorry dont recall his name, was outstanding. I was very pleased. I stayed in another hotel last year and I was very disappointed last year. So I was not expecting a 100% improvement in hotel stays in that area. Definitely a 3.5 star hotel. - Stayed whilst attending a conference at the university. it was nicely located for the university, if you have a car, as a little too far to walk.   Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times.   We were travelling with our small dog and this was a very clean and comfortable Inn which is not always the case with pet friendly hotels. The pet fee was very reasonable and I do not mind paying a little extra when the accommodations are as nice and fresh as these.
