  This was a very upscale hotel and the staff was very attentive. Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. Also a great feature was that you could set up a time to use bikes that the hotel offered at no ex - Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Food is excellent at this hotel, do not miss the rooftop bar on a beautiful day and lunch at Nomi was excellent. The concierge staff was helpful with every detail and you cannot

  The staff asked my name when I got out of the taxi and then at every stage as I was passed between concierge to reception to bell hop I was greeted by name. They rang forward to reception and announced that Ms Graham had arrived - a nice rock star touch with the practical benefit that all my paperwork was ready to go at the check in desk. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.
