  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. Any questions we had, the staff was very helpful in answering, whether it was a charge on our account or great recommendations for dinner.   This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance.   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.   It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility.
