  I liked everything! Great gym. Parking garage for $20 a day enabled parking less than 10 yards from elevator to room.   We stayed here for our summer wedding. Very helpful concierge, bellman and front desk staff! We were immediately given what felt like special treatment, but I think all of their guests are treated like royalty. Beautiful room and view of Aspen Mountain. Even though it is located in a more quiet area next to the mountain, we still were able to walk everywhere. Privacy, view - It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  Had a nice stay with clean rooms. The location to town and the hill was great. Most everything was in walking distance. - The apartment was gorgeous and huge with room to spare. Very well equipped. Extra beds provided at no cost.
