  The staff was exceptional; it was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a balloon and it just made her day. They went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating the whole stay. - Hotel was very conveniently located for the purpose for which we came to Birmingham.

  Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) - Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.

  Close to restaurants & shopping. Just off the interstate with good access to downtown - about a 15 minute drive - but set far enough back so there was no noise from passing traffic. Room was as new and there were plenty of parking spaces - Very pleasant, well run hotel.
