I am a flight attendant- I have travelled the world ... Budget is key in my travels... Comfort inn la guardia is in my opinion .... Nothing shirt then excellent... ! Customer service was outstanding ! Yes - location not very good but their service is beyond any luxury hotel. Very please and I already have mentioned in a internal company email to colleagues about this place. The room was very comfortable and had every amenity I needed, including in-room Wi-Fi. Good variety at the continental breakfast. Very close to the airport, but not in a noisy area. Staff very helpful and prompt. Free shuttles to and from LGA airport also a plus!.
所有评语 » It is very close to the La guardia airport and the hotel provides shuttle with no etra charge, the room was comfortable and in a very quiet area. There are some restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Prompt shuttle service. Great breakfast selection. Helpful desk staff. Restaurant food delivery was fast and the food was good. perfect location good staff very good continental breakfast very prompt shuttle service to and from airport. Shuttle to airport. A brown bag breakfast. However security took our water and orange juice. The staff was very nice, gave prompt service and very professional. Very cozy and comfortable. And the staff here are very nice !. very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close La guardia airport, clean and modern. Location and EXCELENT shuttle service. It was fine for just one day. Location. I stayed one night at this hotel so I could get to the airport early the next morning, the hotel was ideally situated near the airport with a free shuttle bus. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. . The room is small, but good enough. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast if good, but there is not so much variety. Closeness to airport. We had an international flight at 7:30 a.m. Hotel is only 5 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and hlepful. cost of room was a good price. Nothing except this hotel is near Laguardi airport and they do offer a shuttle to airport both ways. Staff and shuttle driver were accommodating. The room was very small - hardly any walking room - but then, all hotel rooms in NYC are that way. This is a great hotel for those who needs to travel, but I would not recommend for those who are traveling for sightseeing, as it is a bit far from Manhattan (where the main touristic area is). A little noisy. Eating area was WAY to small and over crowded. the planes fly too near the hotel and you can not sleep to late. the room was drafty. i finally put a towell beside the heater which stopped the wind from blowing in.Breakfast was provided although choice was limited but I only needed a coffee and a muffin so it was fine for me. They don't have space for luggage if you need to leave them for some hours before the check-in or after the check-out. Room had no window to the outside; only a window looking at the hallway. Had flat-screen TV, but very poor reception. The room was drafty and cold. Improve variety of breakfast. Pastry was not good. Every thing is below average in this hotel, breakfast, location, service, no facilities at all except the WiFi and the location is far from everything.. Location was seedy.
