So close to the ocean, heated pool, kitchen in single room was great, coffee very good, no loud people partying or children making noise was nice. Our view from the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, there were a few things under the bed left behind from previous travelers. The beach was only a short walk away. The room was very clean and the staff were there to help. We will stay here again.

Great Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the location and great pool too!. Location of hotel, nice size of the room, access to the beach,. Location to the beach, dining and shopping was phenomenal. the view, location and cleanliness of the room. Liked the location, rooms and ammenities. On the beach- clean rooms- comfy beds. Very laid back. Good food close by. on the beach. Everything. It was by the beach so you didn't have to drive. Had nice swimming pools. Location on the beach and proximity to town. Was close to beach, shopping & fishing. Walking distance to the beach. Right on the beach. Location. Location. Loved the heated pool and the location near the beach. We had stayed in one of the front condos during Sandfest acouple of years ago.and really enjoyed the stay. Knothing!!! It was the worst, old broken down place, toilet lid missing , cracked tyle floors and fleet like the floor was going to drop. Roaches in room and in the lights and even painted to the wall. Couldn't wait to get out if their!!!. Location difficult to find, toilet overflowed (staff was very quick to correct and helpful though). The bed could be softer. Wish the heated pool was larger but that's only because there were a lot of spring break kids there at the same time. We liked everything. No complain. Room was pretty small but ok. the bed needed to be a King size, the couch was not comfortable. The only thing I can say I didn't like was that the elevator was too slow.....but at least they had one!. not enough hot water for the shower. More towels in rooms. Very high price for a small room. There was no hand soap for you to use had to go buy some. Would have liked for them to come by and pick up trash and bring fresh towels. Room was not what we expected according to pictures on letsbookhotel.com. Pools are obviously not cleaned daily or often. On the last day they dumped the fish cleaning station at our hotel and the smell made both my wife & I sick. We were on the third floor and on the last night they had rented out the hall below our room to a band and they played while we were resting and we gould not sleep. Up to the last day we would have gone back. We booked 2 queen beds but they only offered us 1bed & wanted to charge u extra. Many maintenance issue. Most were resolved but the ac never did work. The front door was hard to open. The bed was uncomfortable. Service. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. Though it was probably an oversight, it was a little discomfiting. Staff made no effort to be friendly. No "welcome" "good mornings" Stood waiting for service while they chatted to young men and seemed put out that we interrupted. We had a room with a view of a rusty elevator door when the place was only about 20% full.We got a reduced rate thru letsbookhotel.com but were still under-whelmed. The room I was issued (efficiency) was not what i had expected. On-line, I was shown a condo with living room and kitchen. This is what I expected to get for the price I agreed to pay. The room I actually got was too small and it was dirty. Noises, people partying and yelling at all hours of night and early morning hours. No enforcement of rules at pool area. Drinking with glass containers. Mattresses and furniture were old and in poor condition.
