This hotel is an renovate during we stay. Our room was perfect, but 1 bed on 2 was old. Internet free in the room, it's perfect too! Coffee 24 hours at the reception, very nice. And the cookies, excellent! And for my dog too! With pet, this hotel is very nice. The staff was so accommodating. We got there early, by chance, and they let us check in. I so appreciated that. They also had an excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Everyone who worked there was not just polite, but friendly and nice. So welcoming.
所有评语 » The cookies were awesome! The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Transportation into the city can't be beat. Bed and bedding was nice and comfy. Nice pillows, some firm and some soft, which is nice. Rooms were clean and well furnished. The cookie at check in was delicious and a nice touch. Within minutes to PNC, Hines Field and the South End. The front desk staff was very efficient, helpful & friendly! The room was clean & comfy & the price was right!. I liked the general organization and staff were really welcoming and of great assistance. the pool area, the Market Place.... the overall hotel atmosphere was terrific. Everything was good. Staff was great. the beds were extremely comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Decor Restaurant Pool/Spa Location. loved our room, good service,. Indoor/outdoor pool. Comfortable beds. Every Thing. everything. the bed. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was in a good location for when we traveled downtown. Over all we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location in &out of downtown breakfast. Good location with easy tri to downtown. Pool hours. Breakfast. V Claudia, Housekeeping Manager(?) is a concerned and dedicated staff member. Asked us how our stay was, and we told her!. Location. Because they renove, the pool was not open. When i booked, nobody said to me. For the price, i wish a pool... But i understand. If i come back in Pittsburgh, this hotel is my choice because i want to see when the renovates will be complete. I think it will be very nice!. I have no criticism. There was only lukewarm water for both of our showers in the am. The sheet was not large enough for the bed... Possibly a queen size sheet on a king size bed. The sheet did not go all the way to both sides of the bed. They should have spent some of that renovation money on soundproofing...too much hallway noise could be heard in the room. Lack of staff in the restaurant to handle the guests for breakfast on 7/5. Not planned very well for a holiday weekend. Plates & such were left on the tables. I didn't like the fact that you have to deposit some money on a credit/debit card as some kind of security. For non-US citizens like me, this was a bit disturbing as we had to go and buy a greendot debit card. Ten dollars for wi fi in 2013 is pretty chincey. there was nothing I didn't like. The elevators were dirty, cracked mirrors in them. The bathtubs had not been updated all the way yet. Room smelled like must (air conditioner). the parking out front was a mess with construction - not well marked and hard to navigate. city center is only accessible by car/taxi. No public transport options and not walkable. Nothing. nothing. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was not friendly. Plus, she didn't change the credit card like I had asked so I had to go to the front desk at checkout and have them do it. Because of a concert downtown, getting a taxi from the hotel to the downtown area was impossible. So we asked the shuttle service to take us, they said they would for a charge of $5.00 per person. We thought under the circumstances, the charge was extreme. Breakfast buffet not included in stay. Poor food quality and expensive for what you got. Holding additional money, unexplained charges, advertise a shuttle on- line - but the shuttle does not go into Pittsburgh. The room smelled like pets. Wish that I would have known in advance that the hotel is being remodeled. Our bathroom shower was falling apart. It was loud in the evening and with the new air conditioning system you cannot keep the fan constantly running to block out any noise. The staff were rude and unhelpful. This was probably the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel in respect of the staff. I was extremely disappointed. Debris in hallways,(including bloody tissues), sidewalks, (beer bottles and "spit" bottles), elevators, (don't even want to know what the stains were in elevator),ice machine on 17th floor didn't work, stinky box of garbage in 17th floor ice machine room. Toliet seat in room 1750 was loose. All and all was less than impressed and don't intend on ever staying in that hotel again!. Expensive, no breakfast, smelly, loud.
