I will be staying at econo lodge every time I visit pigeon forge. The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome. It is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. Our room was by the pool so I figured we would hear alot of noise because the pool was always full but no. We didnt hear anything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very friendly staff! We just needed a one night stay and the Econo Lodge had reasonable rates, but more importantly, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good!.
所有评语 » Very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Granddaughter left some clothing that was special to her, and staff was kind enough to send it back!. Location was great. Facilities were a little older, but for the money they were just fine. They even had a waffle maker to use at breakfast. It's located in an excellent spot for evening fun walking up and down the parkway enjoying the attractions and sights:). The staff was very courteous and the room was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased with the room and the location. staff were very nice,place was clean,beds were very nice,slept like a baby,all around for money,everything was great. Rooms were great. The children loved the pool area. Was great to be close to everything we wanted to do. Location was excellent. Fantastic pool. The woman checking us in was very accommidating. The people, location, and just being in Pigeon Forge in general. My favorite place. We really enjoyed the atmosphere provided by the creek-side balcony in our room. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Room was clean Location was great Staff was helpful Pool. Right on the river and in the heart of Pigeon Forge. clean close to everything affordable friendly staff. Great location and easy to access every attraction. Good sleeping beds easy access in bathroom frig. Kids loved the pool. We all loved the location. was a nice place to stay. The view from balcony. location&staff. The area. Location. Location. Cleanliness of parking lot. Room was cleaned almost as good as it could be. Spraying some bleach around the tub would reduce or get rid of the mold. We liked the breakfast, however some fruid should be added. Closing time for breakfast should be extened until 10:00 am. I liked the central location of the motel. being by the river and the ducks. Location was great. It was economical. nothing. Near go carts and arcade.back rolled down the hill to the river. There was not one thing we didnt like. Drippy bathtub faucet. Room was a little smaller than we expected. Ok enough, but the first bed literally is in the door. pool was to cold,but then again u can not control the weather,right. There was an older gentleman at the desk when we checked in, maybe he was having a bad day, but he acted sort of challenging to us. Checkout with a young lady was friendly and easy. There wasn't anything no to like. Some places were a long walk and when we took the trolley we had a long wait at times. Bed was a bit hard Pillows were flat A/c had a mind of its own Will stay again though Worth calling to check walk in rate about 10 bucks cheaper. room smelled stale breakfast was not very good out of most things. cramped parking. Hard to enter and exit with no signs for direction into hotel. Small parking lot. Nothig I didn't like. mattresses on beds. Nothing. no phone. The area for the breakfast was too small to acommadate all of the guests. Although the room was clean, you could tell it is old and needs to be upgraded. The pool was much smaller that displayed in the pictures. Question #3 (above) doesn't make sense. I didnt like the bathroom size, way to small. T.V. constantly had a bad signal. Matresses were old and hard. And alarm clock did not function properly. only thing I didnt like was that A cockroach was on the headboard of my daughter'S bed, I know that its possible for other travelers to carry these in types of insects into the establishment, the room was considered clean. The beds were horrible. The staff took over an hour to check me in. The lady kept answering the phone instead of waiting on the people in the lobby. Bathroom was dirty and way too small for more than one person. Room was very small and the so was the tv Hard to find the manager to check out. Breakfast was about 30 min. Late. very Rude. It was nasty I was so glad we brought our own sheets and blankets that we sleep on. And took Lyslo wipes. We called it the scary hotel. The towels were wet and we we said something the desk clerk was rude and just mean. Never will I stay there again...even if free!!!.
