  Loved the price but I most loved the staff. The hotel was overbooked with a line out the door. You had the most amazing staff that kept their cool and used problem solving skills to accommodate their customers. I was extremely impressed. And it was surprisingly quiet, although not so much from sound insulation; it simply was not a rowdy establishment. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were an impressive bonus for so inexpensive a motel. I would go again and the first time I drove in I feared for my life from the reviews :-/ I had read but go see for urself and - Linda, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and allowed us to change rooms after we just checked in and got the toilet plugged up. She also found a remote control for us after we switched rooms without complaining. All in all, it was a very comfortable, cost efficient stay. We were only there one night, but will definitely go back whenever we travel to Phoenix again.

Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions. You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.
