I was Graduating from the University of Phoenix on the 16 of November and when we arrived the staff was very nice to me and my family, even though we checked in at 3:00 am that morning, I was still able to get the hotel at the same price. Thanks we had a lot of Fun. The room was ok. The daytime staff was not so good. The ethnic day staff was hateful and I saw them treat perfectly normal looking paying customers with disdain. While I was waiting to check out I also saw the staff taking advantage of cash paying customers by not returning their $25 deposit for checking out a few minutes after 11:00 am.
