They were very accommodating and fulfilled all of my requests in an eager and friendly manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Hotel relaxing. The outside seating area is very nice. Location was great; close to everything. The restaurant menu items are quite good and healthy; you actually feel recharged after eating there. Pool and spa area are nice. There are cabanas with curtains to block the sun and lounge music to listen to.
所有评语 » The place is beautiful. I loved the double shower head. The surroundings were beautiful especially the outside terrace with sparkling crystals in the fire. The hotel was located near my relatives and that was convenient as was the shopping and eating in Old Pasadena. We enjoyed our stay. Every one was friendly and helpful. The staff was exceptionnal. When we arrived, they all were super friendly and helpful. We never had been welcomed in such a classy manner. The room was great and the situation perfect for discovering the beautiful city of Pasadena. I would like go back there to visit LA from there. We loved all of it. Close to where I needed to work, comfortable bed, good service, when I was leaving the staff helped me find another hotel in my next location. Valet guys were always very helpful in getting us cabs and very friendly. The Westin Pasadena's location is ideal! It's a short walk to The Paseo Colorado , Ruth's Chris, Roy's, City Hall, The Pacific Asian Musuem and many other fabulous bars and restaurants. Loved the pool, hot tub and pool area on the fourth floor which looked out on the dome of city hall. It was convenient to have the exercise area by the pool area as well. Very clean, very nice and quiet room, fitness center and swimming pool good to very good. Staff very kind. Parking 9 $ is ok (you cannot park at night on public streets). At check-in staff was very friendly and efficient; rooms were clean and modern; beds were very comfortable. Pool area is well set up and relaxing in the middle of a city. This was a grandmother/4 yr old granddaughter trip. We loved the pool, the grounds, the proximity to restaurants and shopping. We loved the hotel restaurant, too. Very nice hotel, like the complementery starbucks tea and coffee in the room, very quiet place close to old town of Pasadena, nice pool on the roof with jacuzzi. Cleanliness, friendly staff, quality of rooms, location, just an overall great place to stay! Would definitely recommend - it was our favourite place to stay :). Everything - the location was perfect, the staff very freiendly and helpful, great in-house restaurant, surrounded by great restaurants and fun things to do. The staff was friendly. The location was very convenient to shopping, eating and sightseeing. The hotel was clean and confortable. Overall a very nice hotel. Of course, bed comfort is top notch. Location to Old Town easy. Hotel staff extremely nice, efficient and helpful. We had very nice room with wonderful view out of 9th floor. Hotel itself is in the center of Pasadena. Close to beautiful Old Town Pasedena. I was there for a funeral so number 3 does not apply. THe bed and bedding were great. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. The Westin beds, linens make you really look forward to going to bed. We really like the facilties and the closeness to Old Town Pasadena. Everyone of the staff was super friendly especially the concierge. Excellent location, clean, comfortable, and easy check in and out. That you could open the windows and get fresh air in the rooms. The location, staff was very friendly, lobby smells amazing!. I was very happy with my stay at the Westin Pasadena, but the following would make the hotel even more perfect: The exterior of the hotel and the pool area is a little sterile looking and could be livened up with some color; more colorful plants or trees or bright color trim. Pool/bar service would be an added bonus. The pool area has a great view and the amenities are nice and clean; it would be great to have a beverage and some snacks while taking in the magnificent sun. The phone was difficult to operate. The ironing board was missing and when there are 3 people we need 3 sets of towels. Nothing. All was perfect. Slow internet connection in the room and the shower constantly flooded the bathroom. Paying for wireless a bit worthless. They gain nothing and customer is unhappy because he adds costs he didn't consider to have. They could allow free wireless, at least in public places. Just strange they charged my card 190$ for some kind of eventual damage or whatever. These are given back, but not really good practice if you are reaching your card limit.. Nothing!. Everythings was good. Wish they had more room availability so we couldve stayed longer! (via letsbookhotel.com). View from our room was a parking lot. That bookings.com did not forward our reservation to the hotel. Hotels were oversold in the area and it was quite a shock to me when I checked-in to find they had no record of my reservation! Probably will not use bookings.com in the future. Parking was a little confusing. Thank goodness for valet parking. Expensive self parking rate- No in/out privileges. The art on the walls is not interesting to look at nor does it do much for the interior. Since your hotel is so close to "fabulous" art museums and the interior of the hotel has an Asian sensibility why not get some asian wall art ideas from the Asian Museum around the corner. The unfortunate part is they were refinishing the bar in the restaurant so it couldnt be used and we werent aware of it before we arrived. The living room area was nice but wasnt cleaned in quite awhile, probably because they booked two weddings in one day and were probably understaffed. Charging for the internet. I believe that with the rate you charge the hotel guests should not have to pay extra for internet. That you would charge for wifi. When we first arrived I found a very large blood stain on our sheets. The staff responded very quickly to resolve the issue, but it was very gross. I had to wait a long time for my room to be ready plus a few other minor snafus, but I would still go back. The staff addressed all my concerns and went the extra mile to make it up to me. The most expensive hotel we stayed in all holiday and the only one which charged (steeply!) for Wi-Fi. Seemed penny pinching to me. The sink in restroom was clogged had to get cup to drain water. the bathroom doesn'T have exhaustion fans. it should have free wi-fi,. The room was rather small for 4 persons. Did not give points for booking through a third party No Iron We booked a deluxe room and they gave us a lower grade room. Had to change rooms. Nothing. Better sound proofing. Could hear our neighbor's nocturnal activities. AC unit had troubles on two separate occasions. Staff dealt with it promptly though. TV selection. Nothing special for a 4-star. Staff not particularly attentive. Room did not have a hotel brochure to explain or show facilities. the food at the restaurant. No comfortable chair for reading or watching TV. Charging for wi-fi. I find most hotels offer free wi-fi now. n/a.
