  I really enjoyed the comforts, the other guests, and the services of Phil & Lucie Mims. They would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.   Because I was arriving fairly late, the receptionist called on my cell to see where I was en route and when I might arrive. When it appeared that I wouldn't arrive before they closed the desk for the night, she offered to leave my room unlocked, with the key inside and allow me to register in the morning. The air conditioner/heat was a little noisy and took awhile to warm the room, but did - Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Owner Lori was very nice and attentive of our needs. Would rate this at the highest level of satisfaction and would recommend this to any one staying in Ouray.

They were super nice and friendly. Secondly, the facilities were all new and as clean as I could ask for. They provided a great breakfast, and had a wonderful play set and fenced yard outside for kids to meet and safely play. I hated leaving!
