  the water park had something for both of our kids to play in. The small grocery store was great had alot of stuff and wasn't expensive. Most hotels don't offer that kind of store. The apartments are exceptionally clean and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay,we had a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the Laguna pool and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The resort exudes friendliness and everything is centrally located in the hotel and easy to access. We fully intend staying there again when we return.

  Beautiful big room, with internal laundry, big kitchen and bathroom - what else could you want! It also features a very large pool and the shop onsite has a limited range but not too overpriced. Parking is easy too. Staff are helpful. My wife got sick and they helped us get a doctor (we are not from America) to come to our room.   This Hotel Customer Service was great from the moment we walked in to the second we checked out. Brendon was great we had a minor problem which he made that our concern was no longer a concern and that we were extremely satisfied which we were, Brendon manager along with the manager from building 9 rocks!!!   Very good quality for the price, very nicely furnished rooms, almost like normal apartments. Clean, quiet, good facilities and the most important things in Orlando are not more than 10-15 minutes driving away. - much better than Disney resorts, it was completely awesome and affordable for the room we received I would highly recommend this place!

  Great hotel with great attractions and consists of several options for our children. Truth is that outside of the pricey menus there was no reason to leave. - We loved the environment and the friendliness/ helpfulness of the staff there.Thank you. We had a fabulous time.
