  The attentive and courteous staff went beyond what they had to do to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Thank you for - One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.   The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. The - The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it.
