the security of knowing anyone could not just come in, get on the elevators and wander throughout the hotel. i loved the staff stopping to ask if you need anything or if they could assist in any way. Great location; great service! Comfortable.excellent custmer service and i can reach any one help me any time during 24 hours and room is very clean an view is excellent. friendly, helpful staff, fun decor.
所有评语 » everything was nice!. location. Convenient location with I-Ride trolley service close by. Nice pool area (but pool was small). Room was clean and serviced efficiently. The room was large. Beds were really comfortable.pool. the rooms were kept very clean as was the reception area. the staff were very nice. Size of room and 2 queen size beds for family with 2 young children is ideal. Location and the fact that I got a good price for my stay.nice big clean rooms and bathroom. free internet, great location for shopping and theme parks. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Position, Staff Friendliness. The hotel was conveniently located. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Our request for a change of room was kindly and swiftly accomodated, with the bellboy turning up at our doorstep within minutes to deliver the keycard to our new room. The Sheraton would definitely be our preferred hotel if we were to visit Orlando again. It was close to everything.cleanliness, location. Location,space, staff. The hotel location is excellent. The localization of the Hotel. shuttle to disney / universal, pool , nice and helpful staff at the entrance and reception. It allowed my family to stay in one room.The compensation of free breakfast and change of room. would have liked more inexpensive food options. restaurant. one of the reasons we booked the hotel was they had a gym however for our entire 7 night stay the treadmill or the exercise bike did not work..there were only 2 other options left to use and many people wanting to use them.The complimentary internet service wasn't working after about 4 days of my stay; so had to do without for 3 days. noise from ice machines. yes, based on the price and the quality, each room should has a fridge and the buffet breakfast should be more continental for foreigners. Only Bar was Poolside - No Internal Lounge Bar - Poor Coffee making Facilities in Room. No. service could be better, rooms are small. No fridge in the room. Breakfast has to be included in the stay. Could be more clean. If it was not for a very tactful manager ,my husband,my 2 sons and I would have to stay in a room for 2,where as I had booked a room for 4.the meals in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant were a complete joke and weren t comparable in any way to the high quality of the rest of the hotel ; the air cooling system was pretty loud and annoying during the nights. On arival was not given a room as booked after heated discussion the room was changed however the room given was an upgrade and was invoiced for $234.00 not agreed rate. This is not the usual Sheraton quality. We had to moved to another room due to bad smell in the room, not only that, the description of the room and bed was not what it was. Stay was okay. Not too impressed.
