The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic. The on-site restaurant was very good. The highlight of the hotel was the indoor pool with slides1. The kids absolutely loved this and wanted to spend as much time in them as we could. We were absolutely blown away. EVERYTHING!! If I could, I would give this hotel a 10-Star rating. It is a very well maintained hotel and the staff was awesome. Clean, clean, clean! Very large room with all the amenities one would need.
所有评语 » Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, pool was great, hot tub was better, close to the zoo and other landmarks we traveled to Omaha to see. Easy access off the freeway. Tastefully updated and very clean! Front desk staff person was friendly and made you feel welcome. We loved how clean the rooms were and how friendly the staff was. It was convenient to have Perkins in the Hotel as well. Wonderful hotel. The pool was fantastic for young children. And the Perkins restaurant is attached to the hotel. convenient, nice place to stay. Grandchildren (small) loved the swimming pool! Rooms are nice. Our room was extremely quiet and did not have any hallway noise at night or in the morning. Room lovely really nice city easy to get to. The grandkids loved the pool. Great pool for my grandkids. My son loved the pool. The pool was great!. the walk in pool. They take pets. I liked the front desk managers. They all were responsive. The pool for the kids. The perkins restaurant attached. Absolutely nothing. NOTHING! Exceptional place to stay!. I can't think of anything we didn't like. We liked the pool set up but we were unable to enjoy it because there were wreckless teenagers in the pool which made it unsafe for our children so we were unable to use the facility. The floor seemed damp, but the carpet may have been freshly been shampooed. The AC was turned off and only could have heat. Our room was 75 degrees when we checked in. We had to open the window to cool it down and then had Traffic noise. No breakfast wasn't keen on Perkins usually get a breakfast in our hotels having paid enough for the room would return to omaha but not to the hotel. Perkins has poor food. Towels were stained. I realize they had been laundered but stained eye make up on two of our wash cloths and a towel were gross. the pool area was cold especially for young kids. Bath towels too small. letsbookhotel.com rate was lower then what was expected to pay. One day there was no housekeeping at our room. They keep forget to put shampoo and conditioner either. The front desk clerk did not tell us that there were complimentary drinks and snacks when we checked in. Another guest told me at the swimming pool. And it was not busy when we checked in.
