  The staff was very professional and courteous. The morning after our stay, we asked the front desk how much a late checkout would cost (because our 2 year old son REALLY wanted to swim one more time in the indoor pool!) and they sweetly told us it would be no charge and we could check out at 12:30 instead of 11:00am.
