Before reserving, I read some poor reviews, so I was skeptical about what I was getting into. However, I didn't arrive until midnight, but was welcomed, as I had called ahead earlier in the day. I stayed for 4 nights and was pleased with the cleanliness, service and working facilities. This is just a basic motel, but the price is good and I would certainly use it again. There are restaurants, Starbucks, and a Stop & Shop right next door.
所有评语 » I have stayed here several times this summer and will undoubtedly return. For a clean, comfortable night stay at an unbeatable price look no further. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location, outstanding price!. This was a good location a short distance from Mohegan Sun. There is a Stop and Shop grocery store right next door and laundry facility at the hotel. The staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms are very basic but budget friendly. The price was my first incentive and the room was good.The furnuture was new and clean and what I asked for, was done fairly quick. I will stay there again if the price remains the same. Great location close to casinos, beaches, and shopping centers. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean. Great value for the money. Great location, friendly staff, clean well appointed rooms. Best value for Connecticut!. clean, attractive, good value for money, free wi fi. Location, right off highway exit. Price was right. Everything. For this price: a perfect locat I on. Good location for travel. available room. It was a good room for the night. Everything worked. everthing. Americas Best whole image is based on inexpensive accomadations. And in that area they succeed. But !!you get what you pay for. It's a bed and a place to lay your head for a nights sleep. We have been using them for about 3 years on and off but if we were traveling with other couples we would not take them to any one we've stayed at. You get the bare minimum. Often times they are not in the best local of where your staying. We are also due the discount after staying an allotted times and don't . It was a great value for the money it was central located to moat things we wanted to do. And there was plenty of places to shop and eat. Very pleasant and efficient office staff. Near interesting attractions. Attractive rated, very reasonable. Clean room, good location, housekeepers were helpful. Room was clean. Drinking the tap water was good. WiFi was working fine. Price & location. Location. Cost. not much. very minor..........parking lot detracts from otherwise ok appearance. Not the best housekeeping, forgot towels. Cable didn't work but for the price not any big issue. Wifi did work great which let me stream. Nothing. Need a bottle opener in room. WiFi did not work as advertised.. there was none actually.. Owner/manager's daughter not very knowledgeable [of tv]. nothing. Price for hours needed.!!!!!!!!!! But what we were paying about $40.00 is now up to about $60.00 and nothing has been added for the price increase. The motel it self could use some major updates like the ainls weren't in the bathroom and had un finished wood and stuff but overall a good value if you don't plan on staying in the room for long periods of time. No spare pillows or towels, only one of each per person. Asked for and received extra pillows but not towels, though also requested. Sink drain broken but functional. Tv cable was down (2 days), lack of hangers, towels (extra), office was closed in evening (Sunday). Booked a king size bed and had queen size. The pillows (2) on bed were beyond flat which made sleeping difficult. Soda machine which was on premises was empty and non functioning. To take shower needed to run hot water for at least 10 minutes to have at least tepid water. I orderded queen room with two queen beds, as it was described on site. Instead I've got regular room with one queen bed. I was able to change it to regular room with two double beds. The beds were very noisy when you turn over. Queen rooms with two queen beds are not exist there. This is mistake on site letsbookhotel.com. Air conditioner (thermopompe) was noisy, toilet tank and cover was not attached properly. room had only hbo on tv (no other channels) volume would not go more than half way. Man behind counter was rude,arrogant, kept telling me I didn't have the reservation I made a couple months earlier even tho I was showing him the letsbookhotel.com confirmation email on my smart phone. Only got a room when we started to call the hotel across the street. Beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. No Cable or Internet. No complimentary breakfast Bed linen was stiff and felt starchy My wife and I came to spend our anniversary in your area and only stayed one night because we were not happy with the accommodations. This was the first time we ever stayed at a hotel that had no cable. Customers should at least be accommodated when cable and internet is offered and not available. when I got there the AC was off and the temperature outside was close to 100 degrees. It took hours for the room to cool off. The ice machine was broken. Cheap but not worth it. Will definitely never stay again. staff fair, door kin room looked like someone could open it NO Problem, worried for my safety. Blankets full of burn hole, room freezing. Curtains thread bare, lamp shades torn and old. Smelly.
