We were so impressed! Stayed 5 nights with 2 other families. Wecouldn't get over the size of the room or how well stocked the kitchenwas - full size appliances, too! Convenient to eat breakfast in theroom and have access to drinks, snacks, etc. Staff was friendly and veryhelpful. Great location. Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended,esp. For families. Everything!! What a great hotel. Rooms are huge and very, very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy reach of all public transport and attractions. Lovely area and top class staff most, I have nothing but high praise for the housekeeping staff. Excellent. Will be back here again.
所有评语 » I loved having so much space! The kitchen allowed us to eat economically during the day and indulge at nice restaurants at night. It was quiet and clean, the location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was well decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen is a great feature, well stocked with dishes, coffee pot (tea and coffee), microwave and dishwasher. An excellent value in New York.The Staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean. A friend stayed at the Murray Hill East and said it was nice so we decided to stay there. We were very happy with our stay. Everything, Location was excellent,hotel was very clean and staff were exceptionally helpful and informative, even the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.Excellent central location, ideal room for family with older child. Room clean and tidy, staff helpful but unobtrusive. remarkably clean and comfortable room. We felt like we were at home.An excellent location and value. The space of the room and almost everything about it compared to the last time we stayed in NY. the hotel was fantastic, plenty space, confortable beds, a very friendly and helpful staff.Location and large size of suite for the money. It was exactly as we expected from the pictures on the internet. The room was a little dated but clean. Our room was not ready when we arrived but was cleaned very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.We were very happy with the suite room plan: kitchen, living room were very convenient for our stay. We liked the location in Manhattan relative to our needs. We were very pleased overall and will consider this hotel on future visits to New York City. The room incl bathroom was bigger, cleaner and nicer compared to an earlier stay in NY at another hotel within same area of the city (at approx same price). Definitely recommendable!. We wanted something larger than a hotel room and found Murray Hill East, where we had a bedroom with a king-sized bed, large living room, nice view, and fully equipped kitchen. The location was great and we couldn't have been more pleased. One room hotel rooms were priced much higher.The hotel, although outdated in decor, was extremely clean and to me that's very important. The location was perfect, the rooms were huge, loved the kitchen, an amazing package for such great rates. If I ever go back I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Great location near UN, Fifth Avenue, etc. Just 300 m from shuttle bus to JTK and Newark airports. Roome were very spacious, actualy the were apartments with bed room, big living room and separate kitchen. That was a positive surprise.Great location-close to small neighborhood market and restaurants, only three blocks from Grand Central Station. Large room, very clean, firm comfortable beds. Like a European hotel. Excellent space for 3 women who wanted our own beds. We saved money by having the full kitchen too. This location could not be beat!. Our suite was great. It was close to the Empire State Building. Convenient position,quient neighbourhood.Proximity to midtown services and ease of access to transportation. The hotel is within just a few blocks of Grand Central and its subway connections, and is within walking distance of theater district, Empire State Building, Times Square. Also, although there were only two of us staying at the hotel, the "suite" design allows 2 couples or a family to stay in comfort. Even has a full kitchen. Excellent location in terms of proximity to transport, diners, shops restaurants etc. Apartment spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Good area of town. Comfortable, quiet room. No traffic noise in room at back of hotel. Large room. Well equipped kitchen. The location and over all value made our stay in NY great. Close to all the great sights, eating places etc.Good kitchen area. Good location short walk to Grand Central Station. everything, size of the room, free upgrade, location!. Not that it was bad, but if they could manage to update the carpets and do a little freshening up on the paint work over the next year or two,they would have a little gem of a hotel in the middle of nyc. Saying that , it was exceptionally clean!. no wireless internet. not that i can think of. No wireless service...I was surprised and missed it.Elevator a bit slow. 11 floor at the street side a litle noice. The staff were all very helpful and super polite, the only thing was at the end of the week when we inquired about other forms of airport shuttle services. They wouldn't tell us about anything other then the service the hotel provides which was quite a bit more expensive then what we found after checking out a few. It would have been nice if they would have helped more in that matter. Wireless Internet was working only from the lobby. Even there the speed was low.Would have been nice to have WiFi thruout rather than just in lobby. Wanted internet connection, which they do not have.internet. Found the room cold at night probably should have asked for assistenace re working the heater which was also a bit on the noisy side.Heating not easily adjusted in living room. We were lucky to get a penthouse. The terrace view of the Empire State Bldg and East River were an unexpected bonus. Our only complaint was it was obvious the room had not been used recently. Furniture was dusty and a few dead flies in the tub. All were cleaned on our second day...not a big deal...The furniture is a hoot, time warp to the 1980's.Small delays with elevator, but these were mainly minor. Slightly comfier mattress would always be good. Take ear plugs if you don't like traffic noise; this is New York!. Access from the street to the hotelreception. Prices are always high in NYC!. Minor detail - Air conditioning/heating could be a bit unpredictable at times.However, the weather was very changeable during our stay - everything from high temperatures to snow and ice storms so that may have had something to do with it,. Sometimes a bit of a wait for the lifts (elevators). Front desk understaffed at times. Hall a bit shabby.No WiFi in room. We had a problem with electrics in room during stay but this was resolved.
