Ease of elevator use. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Great location.
Waiter in main lobby lounge abruptly told my daughter that she could not bring a pre-bought cup of coffee into the area. We were embarrassed and departed as if we were being punished. I guess it did not matter that we planned on ordering food and drinks from their establishment? Service in this area was also very slow with our other visits.
