Good location, kitchen facilities. 3 slats at the end of the bed were broken, really poor quality bed linen. Additional towels promised within 40 mins of arrival, they turned up 3 days later. Only contact with management is via phone message but our SMS messages were ignored. Lock on door difficult to use. No plug in kitchen sink. No dish towels provided.
