This hotel was older, but you can tell it was a very swanky place in its prime. It was clean and was a great place to keep your things and lay your head down at night. It worked fine for us and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do while we were in New York. We had no serious complaints and would stay there again in the future. It met our needs for price and location. - Laurie

Location, close to places of immediate interest. The accommodation was quiet. All services up to standard. (a commente about a failed light in our room was attended to within the hour) Access to a no-charge computer (its constant use indicated how popular it was; all users seemed to be using it to gain information, not for frivolities). - Adrian

I like the fact that the staff actually waited for use to leave the hotel then clean our rooms, no matter how long we took, and when we came back to the hotel it was clean and nice like the first day that we were there. - Anonymous
