  The price of $70 per night off season for a 2 bedroom condo was excellent. The main thing I was looking for as well as price, was an indoor pool for my grandson. The pool was clean. The pool room and the water were very pleasantly warm. The unit was clean, except the carpet was badly stained in the living room. My husband and I brought my 90 year old mother with us and the apartment was very convenient for her----easy access to elevator and she could sit in the apartment and enjoy everything going on on the beach. The room was well equip with everything needed to make you feel like you was at home.   We stayed in the North Building, which is one of the oceanfront properties of the Dayton House. The hotel was deceivingly nice (it looked kinda old and shabby on the outside), but the room itself was not bad!!!
