I really liked the location. It was centered in the middle of various shopping centers and close to the beach.
Everything was wonderful about the resort from the time we've got there. I didn't want to leave.
The staff and neighbors was very friendly..they complex was clean..
Everything was great so relaxing we will visit again.

When I called for the bath tub to be fixed we basically had to wait
almost the whole day and I think they need more grills..
Booked the condo because it had an indoor pool and spa...BUT We were not
allowed to use it!!! It was not in our section and office told us we
could not use the pool and/or spa due to insurance reason...
At the time of booking that was not mentioned, that was the reason we choose to stay at river oaks. Please change your advertising this was very miss leading and we would had booked elsewhere had we have known.
Was on the 3rd floor and all the stairs . And the pool area was full of mud when entering also far from the beach.
the twin beds pushed together to make king was very uncomfortable.
tv was to small
no tv in second bedroom.
The television was offline until the last night of the trip.
Dident like that it was 2 twin size beds put together in the master bedroom and I dont like the fact I have to wait 14 days to get my deposit back I never had this problem with any other condos or rooms that I have booked at myrtle beach so I dont now if I will be useing river oaks again.
The facility did not come to clean our apartment one time while we were there.
Not clean ... Couch and chairs were very dirty. Beds in 2,3 bedroom had bugs. Not stocked well so bring your own things.
The place gas bedbugs, I have seceral bites on my legs and feet.
Broken iron and canopener in condo and Jaccuzzi only worked 1st day. Also they were paving parking lot on my last day and had to carry all my stuff to a different parking lot.
Condo unclean and not furnished well with kitchen utensils. Bed uncomfortable. No access to indoor pool. No wifi. No way to hook gaming system to the TV. And some unhelpful staff members.
