The Courtyard is wonderful. Location was great! Staff was great and very friendly. We had to cut our trip short and even though we had to check out way past check out time we were only charged for the nights we stayed! We will be back and will stay at the Courtyard every time we return to Myrtle Beach!. The rate that letsbookhotel.com got me was great. Ac first night made some noise and when I said something to maintenance guy I saw in hallway, he took care of it right away while I was out of room so not to bother me.
所有评语 » The staff spoke to me each time I came in or left and it made me feel like I was home. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. Beautiful decor, close to shopping, restaraunts and the beach. The staff were very frindly and helpful. We really loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. We also loved the pool!. Everything was so nice and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Nice rooms, clean, very comfortable beds, quiet. I like almost everything , I love the room ,. Price and facilities and adequate parking. nice, clean and budget friendly hotel. Nice rooms Friendly staff Pool area. Location and comfort. Everything!. Family friendly,. breakfast. price and location. Man running cafe was a joke. He appeared confused the whole time and you could see people getting frustrated when their food orders weren't getting prepared. I almost thought I was on Candid Camera. Nothing negative to say. We had no complaints. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. Assigned a room, given the wrong keys, later, a man came into our room as he was assigned that room by a different person. Nullified our keys. We ahd to go back down to the desk twice to get cards rekeyed. That's our only complaint. Something like food stuck on bed sheet...hot tub bottom needed cleaning. nothing. No microwave oven or mini-refrigerator in the room. no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms and that was a little inconvenient. TV in our room didn't work and they promptly came to replace it but the replacement wasn't nearly loud enough. Sink wouldn't drain and from smell of room had run over onto the carpet at some point. Location was to far away from the beach, no breakfast, room was expensive for being far away from the beach. Bad pool and hot tub. My room had a musty smell, the refrigerator was frozen over and barely stayed cold. They stated they had an indoor pool but failed to mention it was not heated, also it was not the cleanest. a/c did not work right. Was awake most of night. Also tried to get additional night and had a bad experience with assistant manager giving much higher quote than the first person that answered and wouldn't honor the quote. Very disappointing.
