The owner of the hotel is really a nice person, the room is clean, the price is quite reasonable, and I will recommend this hotel to those who are traveling in Montrose CO. Very friendly service, clean rooms, plenty of towels; just a nice place to stay. Best prices in town. Staff is great, Frank has always been super with his service. The continental breakfast is nice.
