Mr. Petal is a great guy. When ever any thing go wrong all you have to do is mention it and Mr, Petal will have it fix. On my previous stay my sink wash not working well, Mr. Petal had a new sink in before I got back from dinner. Wow. What great service. Thank you Mr. Petal. Mr. Patel once again provided me with a nice clean room. Cool and cable ready I enjoyed my stay at the inn very much. My name is Thoai Tran. Thank you Mr. Patel.
所有评语 » I stayed two days in this hotel. It's locaition is good near the I680, you can go easily san jose or other south bound and there is a great mall near the milpitas. You can also find a saver store in front of hotel. housekeeping staff were soo helpful and awesome. Its was cool for a bootycall :). I liked the price and location. The price was good. The bed was clean. The location. I told proprietor I'm disabled & needed help with luggage. He said no. Then told me to run & catch that guy. He was a very nice hotel helper, I don't remember his name. He was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. The next day when I left he called from the 2nd floor & asked why I didn't call for his help. He made a special trip to to briefly talk and wished me a good day & nice journey. He made my stay. The proprietor was completely the opposite-. U get what u paid, location is good Good x bussiness trip, not x vacation. Nice staff, responsive and willing to find resolution to any questions. The room was ok. The bed was very comfortable. Privacy was a plus and was very quiet. Price, location. The location. Quiet, easy. The staff. Nothing. Nothing. The girls who checked me in that night were nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked pretty well. The coffee was decent. I liked that I was there only eight hours and then left. nothing. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. Not much. There is no refrigerator in the room. It is little bit noisy. a/c wasnt working notified staff did nothing to fix it..shower head was terrible.. The only thing i didnt like in the room was the blinds on the windows. toilet was pluged when I got to my room and it flooded the bathroom when I tried to use it. The ac didn't work and the room was super small. 1. No wash clothes in bath, unable to shower 2. dozens of bugs on the bath counter. 3. The Continental breakfast was meager at best. They served only toast, cerial and coffee. No decaf, no fruit or rolls of any kind. no juice. The holed in the wall behind the T.V. and behind the bathroom door. The air conditioner freezing over and not working nor were there nobs covering the control panels. The toliet seat broken taped with electrical tape. No battery in the smoke detector. No remote control for the T.V. No house phone. No cover on the outlet. The worst thing was seeing a roach crawl in the drawer. This must have been the 10th time that I stay here. Each time I have a problem with the tv remote control. This time I didn't one. The last time they didn't enough remote to go around. The guy at the front did care. This is Thoai Tran in room 217 on May 18, 2013. The Proprietor. Bugs in room. I had my arms out while I slept, a good side bug hit me & woke me. When I got ready to take my shower, the tub looked like a bug cemetery. U could hear the other rooms. Very upset with absence of hot water throughout my whole stay! It was promised every day and every day I still had to take cold shower and do cold shave... It didn't have carpet. The pictures were not quite true. The room did not have an extra roll of toilet tissue in it. The smell outside next to the hotel. Should serve better breakfast. Cockroaches, construction, defects in the room, staff did not care. Everything else. Heater was really loud, sounded broken. Toilet kept running all night. it was very old and needs to be remodled. I could write my name in the dust on the molding. The bedspread on the bed looked dirty. The roaches. No real soap or shampoo , no phone, no blow dryer, the breakfast was cereal and toast that's it, rooms are tiny and kinda smell, and all night long there we people yelling slamming doors running up and down but there is no phone to call front desk to complain and the room wasn't sealed someone was smoking outside our door and the whole hotel room smelled of cigarettes after cant believe I paid 75 bucks to sleep here no clock the ac made so much noise I thought it was going to blow up. Cockroaches shared our room, dirty and stained blankets and towels, only had 6 Channels, Windows had no locks , lamps had faulty wiring, outlet covers loose,dirty floors,air conditioning didn't work well,construction happening in common areas such as the table area outside,alot noise from construction,someone tried to steal my vehicle and ended up just shorting it out. Room is very small and not very comfortable. Parking spaces were narrow. Late night staff or morning staff lacked courtesy. I thought the motel was cheap when I booked, but after staying, I think it should have been cheaper as there is virtually no amenities. The room was NOISY. I asked to be moved and they didn't have anything any better. There was a MASSIVE bright light right outside my window which kept me awake. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Whoever remodeled the room did really sloppy work. I talked to the morning guy about the problems with the room and he didn't even apologize. He just argued with me. Worst customer service experience ever. That morning guy was a total A-Hole. Well, let's see. There were cigarette burns all along the top of the microwave, there were no usable electrical outlets. There were no lables on the airconditioner/heater indicating what each of the buttons control. The table and side chair are not usuable if you want to be able enter or leave the room. everything. No clock. Couldn't work heater because no instructions/labels. No iron! Door peep hole hand tape on it. No elevator n room on second floor on the other side of building. full breakfast,no phone,no enough towels,no coffee pot,no t.v. romote and very rude managment. Bedbugs, no batteries in remote, no washcloth, no telephone in room, police cars on arrival, loud location near freeway. Room was too small and there was no phone in the room, so every time you had a question for the staff you had to walk to the reception!!. The room had unpleasant odor. Air conditioner did not work and were not able to open the window for fresh air. There was no soap nor glasses in room/bath area. Will not stay at this motel again!! Will not recommend to others. Everything about this place is terrible from the non English speaking staff to the rude night manager place was a dump.
