  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff.   Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay.   The suites are really nicely put together. They have everything you need with nice style. There is still some work being done and a few minor adjustments made. The location is great as it only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from the beach- so short walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants but far enough away from the main strips so its quiet.
