  The location is perfect. Just across the street there is a restaurant (Big pink) where you can have a real breakfast, lunch and dinner. A disco across the street without hearing any noise in your room. There is another disco on the beach side a couple of houses past the starbucks. The beach is just one street behind the hotel. So you rea - A wonderful place. I stayed at many places in Miami and this is the best. We stayed there twice, came far too early at first, and were given a room 4 hours before checkin time. The place is a gem and a real delight compared to most other places in the area. The beach towels and the breakfast are a really great service.

  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff.   Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. I liked very much for particular things, like: drinkings very researched, chocolate on the table, bed very relaxing, cream for body, liquid tooth cleaner,.....   The suites are really nicely put together. They have everything you need with nice style. There is still some work being done and a few minor adjustments made. The staff is lovely, helpful & attentive. - a great place.. very clean, quiet and large.... good for people who want two rooms for sleeping...

If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great as it only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from the beach- so short walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants but far enough away from the main strips so its quiet. Alvaro looked after us extremely well, he did everything to make our stay perfect, he should be the Hotel's Manager. I would definitely stay at the Prestana again when in Miami
