Everything was perfect. We stayed only one night, but they provide complimentary beach facilities (umbrella, reclining chairs, beach towels) for two days, the day of arrival and the day of the check-out. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff is very helpful and nice, and you are in the middle of South Beach life. Compared to the other hotel we stayed at in Miami beach, the tides has a very good ratio quality/price.
所有评语 » The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise. The hotel and service are excelent. Location is perfect, great remodeled rooms, big bathroom and closet, excelent bedding. We got an ocean view room, couldn't ask for more. All staff very helpful especially Jessica at reception. Will recomend it and return any day. Location is awesome, pleasant personnel, very comfortable service of rent-a-car with vallet parking from central entrance. If you plan to come somewhere outside Miami Beach just ask reception - you won't need to look for service provider yourself. Staff was very kind, professional and competent (except kitchen Team). Super location. Clean and comfort rooms. Stunning view. A walking distance to the beach. You will have a great stay at the Tides. Loved the location and the comfort of the rooms. View cannot be beat (overlooking Ocean Blvd in SoBe). Loved the free wifi. Fantastic service from "personal assistant" and other staff. Great location in the middle of South Beach. Excellent service. The hotel is not actually on the beach, but about 500 meters from the beach! There is no service on the beach either which was shock! But the beach is great and the staff make an effort to give you ice and so on. Location, easy walk along broad walk to Lincoln Avenue. Room very comfortable. Top location on Ocean Drive. Beach view. Big room. Staff were friendly. The hotel is directly in front of Miami Beach. Size of room but could not adjust ac when it got too cold. I did not love the style of the hotel (a bit kitch) but this is just taste, and it does not affects the score I give to the hotel. It was a bit noisy during the night, since our room was directly on ocean drive. $8 bottles of water in the room. Other than that, it was fantastic!. Only few rooms have terraces. restaurant: poor and expensive food. The bottled water was $8.00 - at least the first bottle should have been free. Also, no free coffee in the room (Nespresso machine, at a $2.00 per pod charge) - a bit lame for a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast coffee terrible (but croissants excellent!). Expensive restaurant. No balconies and the windows could not be opened for free air. There is no tea making facility in the rooms and no night service for tea, etc. fitness centre. loud trance music from properties both sides from noon until 10:30pm Sat and Sun, pool location in back on alley. This is not 5 Stars! Staff is in Restaurant is still in Cuba! This is US!. Pool small no jacuzzi. The TV was not working, the internet was not working the first day and when I complained,he blamed my laptop until he realized the overall problem. Also, expensive drinks with a service staff who do not care much and very loud neighbors partying yet the hotel did nothing. The pool is on the wrong side of the hotel and no service! There are hotels for much better value! And DO not eat in the restaurant! It's very quite and there is a reason for that- its shocking!. Noisy bar next door. Staff did not engage with us at all. Last time we stayed at this Hotel ( before King and Grove) the staff were very friendly, this time we felt invisible! Standards have definatley dropped since King and Grove have taken over. Not really 5 star feeling. Overpriced. The location on Ocean drive is right in the middle of the "happy hour" tourist area - full of really bad restaurants and bars touting half price oversized cocktails and discount meals. The location is very noisy and the hotel does not have nice places to relax away from the clamour. Restaurant staff was non-existent. Had to wait very considerable time. Very, very disappointing.
