Proximity to the South Beach, Lincoln Rd, and stores. We had a nice room.
Firstly, they do not accept American Express, and I was left without cash. Secondly, we were given a really awful room and had to ask to change it for a decent one.

I liked the Hotel. I liked the breakfast. I liked the bed, and the bedroom.
When we asked for watter the man who was at the reception told us to drink water for the bathroom...
simple hotel, comfortable, good quality/price. excellent situation. and breakfast included what it's rare in usa hotels.

the outsdie was good and clean as was the foyer and reception area, the rooms are dated however and need renewing, although i understand it is in the art deco area the rooms need to be modernised etc, however bed was comfortable and it was very close to south beach and all the facilities, for the access to south beach and the price it is excellent
rooms very dated . need a complete referbishment but they were clean and functional.
