i really liked the security of the facility and I was traveling with one child and I really enjoyed how comfortable it was. I would definitely be back and stay again. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for the welcoming pleasure. Very helpful staff, free internet and recommendations for dinner, along with a coupon for a free appy at one location... Great value for the money.
所有评语 » The ease of online booking and checking in.Any staff I came across was helpful and friendly. Location of the room was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast saved a lot of money. Close to a bunch of stores and restaurants. I would stay again. Best bed out of 4 hotels we stayed in on our trip. Also the breakfast was unbelievable. The price was also the best value!. the bathrooms were updated. like that breakfast was included and pretty good choices. Great Breakfast spread. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Courteous friendly staff. Continental breakfast Late check-out Comfy beds Clean bathroom Lobby decor. Extremely comfortable bed. Good breakfast and decent indoor pool. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Needs were met for a clean, comfortable place. Room was gorgeous & comfortable. Big pool. Always available. Good Staff Good Breakfast. It was clean and quiet. the breakfast was good. It was very convenient place to stay over on our way to Crater Lake. The room was clean and had new carpet and the breakfast had a good selection for a continental. I think it was a good stay for they money. Clean, updated room. The location seemed safe and convenient to get off and on freeway. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the pool. I liked that when i lost my cell phone, the staff turned it in instead of keeping it. Price of stay and free breakfast and noon check out. Overall decor. Easy on/off access to Freeway. Clean room. It is close to a grocery store and a couple restaurants. location. The price. Not much. The location was frightening and the facility was dated/old and the pool was dirty and sub standard. My husband and I would not stay in the main pool and would only let our 8 year old accomplished swimmer to swim in the small pool as the main pool was "dangerous". The expanded cable tv line up with more unique channels then other hotels. The free shower shampoo, lotin and soap. Rate was cheap. the room key didn't work on the outer door very well. I was afraid that I would be locked out and couldn't get in. Older property, slightly dated, but no more so then my house! ;-). Just a little confusing to locate. Sign into the parking lot was obscure. That they held 20% more than the total bill on my cc for incidentals which cut down my expenses money. Pool was cold. Was not lit making it very dark in pool area. Walls are very thin between rooms. the bedspreads. they fall off the bed and don't provide warmth. Pool area needs some updating - was pretty humid in the pool area. Customer service on the phone when requesting an early checking to be in a wedding. I asked for pool towels & was told front desk would bring some to my room when they were done drying, but nobody ever showed. No hot tub. No bananas for breakfast. The lobby needs some updating and a good cleaning. The staff was very friendly but needs to clean up their appearance, combed hair, pressed clothes and things like that. We had to stay an extra night due to illness. We were charged the regular rate (almost $80.) with no offer for AARP rate. We left and went to a cheaper motel to finish our recovery. Was charged a high pet fee. Motel 6 was free and Days Inn was lower. The facilities were in poor condition. Parking lot entrance confusing Pool was very cold. The breakfast was only served until ten. It would have been nice if it was a little later. there are no remotes for the television. The hallways certainly need redecorating, although they were currently replacing carpet throughout the hotel. Getting to the hotel is a little odd as you have to drive through a grocery parking lot first. I was facing a wall outside my window . The location. You could see it from the highway but it was difficult to get to. It was set back behind a gas station and there was poor lighting at the entrance. Nothing bad to say. No elevator for second floor!! Long hallways to office/breakfast room. No elevator and I was on the 2nd floor. I had 2 large bags to get up a flight of stairs and down a long hall way. Getting them down was not easy either. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool does not have designated "adult only" hours so we never used the pool because it was always full of kids. Staff cleaning rooms at 9pm, walls were thin you could hear the water running over the tv. rooms were in need of painting and deep cleaning. Kleenex holder falling off wall. bed not comfortable and pillows were to fluffy. the extra charge for my small dog. Very old fashioned place. Terrible breakfast. Bad smell in the rooms. Creepy place overall. Super old and outdated. Claim to be a 3 star but only a 1 star quality hotel. AC took all night to cool off room. Bed was uncomfortable. See above Location is in a scary part of town with homeless men hanging out in the guest parking lot. Pool was sub standard and dangerous - we could not see the bottom. Dated and dirty room. Breakfast was okay but without any service person monitoring if guests needed anything. The mini refrig had a broken freezer door, the entire hotel smelled of fresh paint and smoke and over powering deodorizer, the carpets stained and filthy, rooms needed major updates, last 2 days no ice bags for ice bucket. The breakfast was always just sausage links, and cold prepacked breads and watery coffee.
