  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... 别人怎么说 » if you have a late flight home. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome!
