The Bistro hours are awkward. 5Am to 10am, and 5pm to 10pm. What is the purpose of having a lunch menu when it isn't open at lunch time? Who wakes up at 5am on vacation? Everytime I decided to eat, the Bistro had closed 30 minutes prior. Paying for parking. Why? I'm already paying for the room at $135 per night. $8/ day for parking is silly, especially since the clerk told me there was nowhere else to park. No room service. My overall stay was nice though.
所有评语 » 1-We arrived earlier than anticipated and the employee (unfortunately I did not get her name but she was great) at the front desk graciously allowed us to check in early. 2- The pool area, gym, room, etc., were very clean. 3- budget friendly for what you get. We will most definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it. This is a new hotel with a very nice design. Check in was quick and efficient. Lobby very well organized. Room was lovely and one of the cleanest . The Bistro is an added convenience. Rooms are extremely comforatble, well designed. Oversized shower. Bed very comfortable. Parking is close to front entrance. Color schemes are "excellent" in lounge and room. The rooms were very clean and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our 3 day stay there and would definitely come back if we return to America :). The staffs were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was close to everything-perfect placement. Over all, great place to stay in. good location close to Longbeach airport and to close offices, within a short drive is a mall and the starbucks is within walking distance. Room design and comfort were outstanding. Wish I could have stayed longer. The mattress ws the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Itmwas clean, well cared for and nicely decorated. The staff was excellent and helpful. We certainly would return.... Beds were comfortable. Good facilities and amenities. A hotel you look forward to returning to while on vacation. I enjoyed the new retro look. I absolutely loved the tv's at the booths in the cafe. Great refurbish!!!. Convince to LB airport, comfy beds with great pillows and enough of them. High end at budget price. Friendly staff. Clean and modern room. Lobby and food/beverage choices were great. Small cups, no bottled water, not appropriate for a hotel of that caliber. People use the door to the stairs. It makes a loud sound when it close-that is why there is an elevator to use to go up and down the rooms. Inability to get cell phone reception in room. Had to use hotel phone to make calls and pay a premium, though manager was kind enough to knock off 50 percent. Very disappointing to stay at a hotel of this quality but have no cell service. Thought there was airport shuttle, but easily tscheduled taxi with concierge, took 2 mins to travel there. My keys often didn't work. That you have to pay for parking. no breakfast included. there was not one thing we did not like. rooms were small to accommodate ourselves and our kids ages 7 and 4. We had a sofa sleeper and had to basically re-organize the room for the sofa sleeper which limited overall room space. Also fridge was too small to accommodate a lot of items like bottled water, snacks and can soda for a two night visit. Pay for parking beach towels too small no room service. I paid on internet in advance and then found out while checking out that they wanted to charge $6.95 per night for parking, this I thought ridiculous, and it was no special parking, and they couldn't give me a reason, I'm a paying customer, that ought not be charged. ????. Was able to hear hallway noise from inside the room but I suppose that's to be expected when you're in one of the first rooms beginning at the hallway. Prices for food at the hotel were too high. Having to pay for parking!. Paying to park is very poor form in a not very busy part of town. Breakfast not included in price. 1. Bathroom does not have any sort of ventilation system. Def. no fan 2. Lighting is poorly designed. Breakfast service a bit slow and disjointed. Charge of $6 to park my car as a hotel guest - in a lot that was half empty. No shade in pool area. I tried calling Hotel direct. They said they were full, no available rooms. I found your websight and booked room from letsbookhotel.com while I was on hold with hotel. I told the person at hotel I booked through letsbookhotel.com She said there was a good chance we would be turned away when arriving. I booked anyways and had no problem on arrival. I was confused. location.
