  I was very impressed with the receptionist at the front desk. We had a slight issue with our reservation and she was very prompt about handling the situation. She even went as far as to give us a percentage off of the room and snacks for the room. Very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and a great price!   This was a budget friendly hotel without being a budget hotel. In fact, this really is a resort situated right on the water with a beautiful pool, relaxing bar and lovely restaurant.
