  Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible!   Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Suite had everything we needed (fridge,microwave etc). Was also close to the strip (like a 2 min walk just cross the street an your on the strip). Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

  We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  This place was fantastic! We stayed only one night and my only regret is that we didn't stay the whole week. It was a little bit of a drive to the strip but it is worth it. Besides you can park for free at most of the hotels on the strip so you don't really have to stay there.   This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. The blanket was a little itchy and the walls were a little thin, but other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay. I like that there was a kitchenette and a washer & dryer.
