Loved, loved, loved, everything about it. The staff, the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the pool and the different choices onsite to eat. I liked that it was off the strip. Relaxing even, stress free Vegas is what it felt like for us. Yes we did gamble and the slots payyyyy. I liked the fact that the hotel was away from the strip and heavy traffic. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and I liked the atmosphere and beautiful aquarium and mermaids. The buffet had great food and variety. Hotel is very good for families.
所有评语 » The casino and common areas were modern clean and inviting. There were many tasty places to eat. With the whole city nearly sold out I was worried that staying here would be like a motel 6 but it was much better. The linen was clean and the beds were comfy. The Silverton has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We will keep coming back! My daughter is gluten free and the resturant was so amazing to work with!!! The chef came to our table and cooked a special meal for her. Thank you so much!. Very welcoming front desk check in person. Nice and clean atmosphere throughout, including the room. There was only a view if a wall, but because we were only thrre one night and not soending lits if time in room it was fine this time. i liked most everything about silverton. I have stayed there several times. they have a free shuttle to the strip, excellent food and friendly staff. rooms are very comfy especially the bed. plush comforter and clean beds. Perfect location right off the freeway. Made it easy to get to Thanksgiving family gathering. Also, had an awesome brunch with our son & his girlfriend @ the Sundance Grill ~ Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict...yum!. Love the simplicity and convenience of the Hotel. Smaller than most Vegas Hotels and less crowds. Accommodations are great, large quite rooms at a fair price. The staff was great as always, Thanks Lori. Love the Silverton! Welcomed by a floor to ceiling salt water aquarium and waterfalls of the Bass Pro Shop. Great friendly staff. Love the Sundance cafe, Starbucks and the Seasons Buffet. People were helpful. Enjoyed the dinner right around the corner from the elevators! Shower felt great! Beds comfortable, and rooms were quiet. Thank you. The hotel rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Good variety of restaurants and love that there is a Starbucks there. great pool area only low floor bedrooms large on site store for all out door needs large casino with great buffet and fast food available. Great beds, friendly, clean, good food, Starbucks, Johnny Rockets, and a big aquarium. Casino was well laid out and not too noisy. Close enough to the strip to get to it quickly but far enough away to get away from it when you want to. Love the Bass Pro Shop. The most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel. Very impressive. Loved the aquarium and dining options. Very nice pool area. good value, loose slots, comfortable bed, large room, good food and lots of it. will be our go to place in Vegas from now on. The Location was good for us as we were going to Pahrump and that was a good stopover for us. Off the Strip but convenient to activities/family that we were interested in visiting. Value for money, easy acces to Red Rock, close enough to Strip, great Bass Pro Shop. The room was cozy and the shower was spacious. The atmosphere was quite relaxing. Bass pro, fish tank, mermaid bar, sports book, gambing tables, beds, starbucks. I liked that it was close to the Outlet Mall. You can only do so much gambling. Reasonable pricing, decent restaurants, ease of access to property, location. The overall casino and hotel were nice and the staff very nice. Clean rooms. we loved the mermaid show, and the outdoor store. the food was hit and miss. It is inexpensive, clean and pretty calm. Staff very friendly and helpful. The price of the Buffet for children is almost the same price as the adults and my children are under 8 so $60 on chicken tenders and fries you may want to pass...but the Staff is so niceeeee. There really wasn't anything I disliked. I was only hoping that there was a 24-hr deli. Resort fees suck. Who wants to pay and extra 5$ a nite to a casino. I probably would loose it in the slots but let me decide. There was also an exotic nevada brown spider on one of the beds. Advice (iit rhymes) So you need to spray and stop taking 5$ an day!!. the machines. they are mostly pennies and nickles. I had to go to the strip to find machines with 25, 50 or 1.00 denominations and they no longer have the coffee pots of which I enjoyed but I had to go downstairs for coffee in my sleep until I had my coffee to wake up. Thought we booked a King room, but got 2 queens ~ we were so tired from the drive, we each took a bed & it worked out fine. I didn't like the fact that letsbookhotel.com failed to notify the Hotel of our reservation changes that were made. We changed our reservations to arrive a day earlier and the Hotel was not notified (at least I had my confirmations). The Hotel took care of us anyway, and worked out the problems. Beds are great, carpet a bit worn and some loose threads. Still had to go past part of the casino to get to our rooms. Wish Bass Pro was open later. Wanted to go for a late night swim, since we got in so late, pool was closed. I felt the shuttle between the hotel and the airport and also the hotel and the strip were not frequent enough. Pool closes at 9, messed up on bill but they caught their mistake, minifridge wasnt working. The pool isn't heated which is nice in the summer but not too great in the spring and fall. The carpet was wet under the a/c and the room had a wet dog smell because of it. Air conditioner a little noisy, sink drained slowly, and sometimes gurgled. Bed needs upgrading. Shower curtain bar broken. The worst part was that you could hear the guests in the room above walking. Above room floor was creaking and woke us up and kept us up. There was no in-room refrigerator as advertised. There was an unexpected "resort" fee (but it was only $6). In-room WIFI charge was $10.95 - how ridiculous is that these days! It's a casino so of course it stinks of cigarette smoke. We were in a non-smoking room, but there was still a faint odor and when we got home and unpacked our clothes reeked - ugh. Took forever to get a bell capt to answer the phone we got in our room to have luggage brought to room same thing when leaving!!. Pass-off to time share super friendly/aggresive - got rid of her quickly. Found large accumulation of dust behind lamp on night table - looked like it had nopt been attended to for some time. bathroom plumbing noisy, shower head cheap model, but did get me wet. level of piped in music on the main floor made conversations challenging at times. My Wife is handycap and the parking was very poor. We had a long walk to the Room. There is nothing to dislike. I lost my money in the casino! Didn't like the coffee, it was disgusting. Didn't try any of the restaurants. I didn't like that there was not a mini refridgerator. Any food we had left over from our meals we had to throw away because of no refridgerator. The water bottles in the rooms were $5.00 each. I could buy them in the gift shop for less then half that. Also there should be a coffee pot at no charge. They wanted $5.00 a day. It's was cheaper to go down to the casiono and buy. The room seemed to be missing furniture. Stayed twice. Two queens first stay, King bed for second. Something wasn't quite right with the layout. A small safe was located in a stand-alone piece that was free- standing. Not attached to anything. Easily picked up and carried away. The machines were very, very, very tight!. the service at the sundance grill was very slow. I gambeled a bit but didn't win anything. I wont gamble there again. the pool was very small and closed so early the days we wanted to go swimming we were not able to go. No coffee pot in the room. Took us 1 hour to be seated at Buffet on Wed appro 1pm and it was not that busy. A cup of plain coffee cost $3.00, come on. If you are staying several nites, 4 in our case comp us and plain cup of coffee. Spend thousand on gambling and couldn't comp us a cup of coffee in the am. No wifi. I had to have a maintenance man come to my room twice to fix a clog in the bathroom sink. Fire alarm went off and woke me up at about 3am one morning. Casino. the bathroom could use a little updating and better tv....need newer flatscreen...walls need better soundproofing....could hear talking and baby crying in other room next to me. Buffet mediocre. Bathtub and shower really outdated with a rusty drain. Lack of response to e-mail requesting collection from airport. No information concerning where we should find same. Had to make enquiries at Terminal 3 and find own way to Terminal 1. Received good assistance from staff at Vegas airport who used his own cell phone to contact Silverton. Big let down by Silverton. Nothing. Very loud music from the pool area from 9am until 6pm. Very stresfull due to to the music, and we're unable to sleep. Need more blackjack machines to keep customers to go to other casinos looking for that game. Around midnight, the people directly above us came in and spent over an hour tromping back and forth. Not the fault of the hotel. Next time I will request top floor. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and a little outdated.
