Updated rooms with a fridge and microwave. They even have durable paper plates with sturdy plastic ware which seems silly but you never realize just how convenient that is until it's provided. Nice comfortable beds and a tv that swivels so you can watch from bed or couch.
I loved the location. Directly across the street from Sesame Place. We were able to go into the park, back to our hotel, and then back into the park again. The staff was wondeeful, very professional. I would definitely stay there again.所有 评语 »
Customer Service were professional and attentive. As parents we loved the kid friendly environment- the playroom was a hit for my son. The room accommodated us perfectly.. The hotel overall was clean and welcoming.
The free hot breakfast was great! Location was wonderful if you are visiting Sesame Place. The hotel room was lay out was perfect for multiple guests. Having a washer and dyer and the kids play room was a God send.
Perfect location for Sesame Place. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Playroom fully stocked with toys and lots of room for kids to blow off some extra energy.
Room was beautiful, amenities great & customer service excellent.
Location was great for Sesame Place & we intend to reserve accomodations again next year.

The room was spacious.
The bathroom door while stylish is sliding which isn't bad but there is a gap at the closing end so you can see out and people can see in. If staying alone it isn't a problem but if you are staying with others it could be a problem. Also the showers shown in pictures are not what are actually in rooms. At least in mine... I had a regular tub/shower combo.
The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel pool was quite small. My family went down to the pool one evening and a few minutes later two other families jumped in....the pool quickly became super crowded!.
While we loved the hotel, the pricing might have been a tad high for one night. II know that your located right across from sesame place but 150??. - The hotel has plenty to offer but someone staying overnight you don't get too enjoy it all- so you don't get your monies worth-

It's gets crowded for breakfast but having the lady to make the waffles helped out a lot.
My 2yr old threw up from the eggs at the breakfast buffet.
TV in rooms should have NickJr or Sprout. 99% of people are there with young kids, so there should be in-room tv options that are appropriate.
I was told on line $149 per nught& my card was charged $ 159 &
taxes & fees.
Regarding the breakfast, I would recommend putting a sign for allergy related items, for example the banana-nut muffins.
That the pool closed at 11pm. The pool should be open 24 hrs so guest can get pleasure of enjoying it.
It was very new but already felt like just another old chain hotel. Main complaint is the room was filled with air freshener. It's very irritating. True cleanliness doesn't need to be covered over with Fabreeze.
