The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference. The hotel is very good for visiting Manhattan. It is located in front of Chambers Street Subway stop, on the red line, 10 minutes from Times Square. The rooms are quite small but really well cleaned and the hotel as well.
Hotel Staff are at your disposal for any needs (i.e. we need a powerful hair dryer and we received it in 1 minute directly in room) and you will find someone to help you 24 hours/day.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.
