The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!

Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff
