  This was the very first place I've ever booked and I was a little unsure because it was more an apartment than a hotel. I wasn't sure what floor I was going to be on or what the exact room was going to be like. Fortunately, upon arrival the room was on the 8th floor.   The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.
