  The staff, facilities and location were a business travelers dream. I had a problem with the agreed-on amount and what was charged. The staff were friendly and made it right quickly. Loved my stay. - Close to our venue, great restaurants and shopping. I really liked the area. Nice walk to water wall . Good breakfast choices.

  The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The linens were magnificent and the bath products were luxurious. Loved these products so much that I have purchased them thru the internet. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good with variety and quality overall. This hotel is next to IH610 however, the - A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion. The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment). Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

  This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes).
