  Location excellent. Had a corner tower 1 bed suite with it's own gym over looking the Rockefeller and st Patrick'S. Luxurious and spacious.   The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. While there is work being done to improve the exterior, this is only a minor inconvenience. The staff, contrary to some of the reviews, were extremely pleasant and helpful and the quality of the finishings of the hotel very pleasing. I had requested a small single room but was given a standard room on the 19th floor which very tastefully furnished.
