The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -

We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

We were staying here for an exhibition and the location was perfect! Really great and clean rooms with kitchen made things perfect...great free wifi made catching up with clients a dream...breakfast was not up to much but overall recommended -

Budget friendly, beautiful condo that was comfortable for our party of 5. The pool was great and the kids loved the arcade. It was so nice not to keep up with a key, the codes for the gate and condo were easy and convenient. It was quiet and restful and the staff were friendly as well. The location was very convient to all Disney parks. Very easy accessto I-4 interstate. They had the room as we had asked. Coffee was very good. Ticket purchase at the hotel made things very improved for our visits to the parks. -
